Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relationship management, particularly within the governmental sector, along with excellent English communication skills.
This role requires a proactive mindset and a strong focus on delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, especially within the governmental sector
- Oversee the execution of PR campaigns and strategies aligned with client objectives
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing needs and inquiries efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative solutions and outstanding results
- Monitor industry trends and provide strategic insights
- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and client satisfaction
- Manage timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery of all projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management or client servicing, preferably within a PR agency
- Strong experience working with governmental clients is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills
