Cybersecurity & IT Solutions

to support business growth in KSA and Iraq.

One role will be based in

Riyadh, KSA

, and the other will be based in

Baghdad or Erbil, Iraq

Account Manager – KSA

  • Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this role will focus on developing and managing customers across the Kingdom, including government, semi-government, banking, financial services, telecom, energy, healthcare, and enterprise accounts.
  • The KSA Account Manager will be responsible for:
  • Developing new business opportunities across Riyadh and other major cities in KSA.
  • Managing relationships with government, semi-government, banking, telecom, energy, healthcare, and enterprise customers.
  • Positioning cybersecurity solutions aligned with KSA market demand, including Managed SOC, MDR, SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, cloud security, identity security, and compliance services.
  • Supporting opportunities related to NCA ECC, SAMA cybersecurity requirements, and enterprise cyber maturity programs.
  • Working with vendors, distributors, and partners in the Saudi market.
  • Building a strong pipeline of recurring managed security services and enterprise cybersecurity projects.

Account Manager – Iraq

  • Based in Baghdad or Erbil, Iraq, this role will focus on developing and managing customers across Iraq, including banking, telecom, oil and gas, government, healthcare, education, and large private-sector accounts.
  • The account manager will be responsible for new business development, account management, pipeline generation, vendor coordination, proposal management, and closing cybersecurity and IT solutions opportunities.
  • The Iraq Account Manager will be responsible for:
  • Developing new business opportunities across Baghdad, Erbil, Basra, and other key Iraqi markets.
  • Managing relationships with banking, telecom, oil and gas, government, healthcare, education, and large private-sector customers.
  • Positioning practical cybersecurity solutions such as Managed EDR, email security, vulnerability management, firewall/network security, backup/ransomware recovery, Microsoft 365 security, SIEM-lite, and managed SOC services.
  • Supporting opportunities related to banking cyber readiness, telecom security, oil and gas security, and government cyber maturity.
  • Working with local vendors, distributors, telecom/ISP players, and regional technology partners.
  • Building a strong pipeline of assessment-led and recurring managed security services opportunities.

  • Existing customer network in Riyadh and/or wider KSA.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity or IT solutions to government, semi-government, banking, energy, telecom, or enterprise customers.

  • Experience working with vendors such as Splunk, Microsoft, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Tenable, Netskope, Cisco, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or similar.
  • Ability to manage longer enterprise sales cycles and strategic account planning.
  • Iraq candidate profile
  • The ideal Iraq candidate should have:
  • Existing customer network in Baghdad, Erbil, Basra, or other key Iraqi markets.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, telecom, cloud, or managed services in Iraq.
  • Strong relationships in banking, telecom, oil and gas, government, or large private-sector accounts.
  • Understanding of Iraq’s practical cybersecurity demand, including firewall, endpoint security, email security, vulnerability management, backup, Microsoft 365 security, and SIEM/SOC.
  • Ability to work in a relationship-driven market and convert assessments into recurring managed services.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales, account management, cybersecurity sales, IT solutions sales, or system integration sales.
  • Proven experience managing pipeline, forecasts, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Experience selling to enterprise, government, banking, telecom, oil and gas, or large private-sector customers.
  • Proficiency in Account Management and Business Development strategies
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity solutions, Risk Assessment, and Threat Detection
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information effectively
  • Problem-solving, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities
  • Experience in the cybersecurity or IT industry is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients to achieve business objectives.
