Account Manager

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and develop and execute growth strategies and action plans.
• Build relationships with insurers, employers, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify referral growth and new business opportunities; monitor customer performance and service outcomes.
• Deliver customer reporting and insights and support tender submissions and proposals.
• Drive customer engagement initiatives and strategic projects.
• Work with operational teams to meet customer expectations, manage feedback, and resolve service issues.

Candidate requirements

• Experience in account management, customer success, business development, or workplace rehabilitation.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to achieve growth targets, with stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing multiple customer priorities and competing deadlines.
• Strong presentation, communication, influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work autonomously and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience in workplace rehabilitation, occupational health, injury management, workers compensation, employment services, allied health, or related sectors is desirable.
• Relevant allied health qualifications and professional registration are highly regarded but not essential.
