Qualifications

  • Understand fundamentals of insurance, financial best practices, preferably in Casualty Insurance, Insurance Finance or ESIS products and services. B.S. degree preferred.
  • Ability to work and solve problems independently; to seek and assimilate information regarding Global Casualty, ESIS and Casualty Risk Construction business from various sources.
  • Excellent negotiation and verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deal with clients, brokers and Chubb's personnel in a professional, knowledgeable and courteous manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands and priorities.
  • Displays initiative and accepts accountability.
  • Adapt well to change and handle conflicts effectively.
  • Excellent organization and problem solving skills.
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office products, primarily Excel.
  • Aptitude for learning new technology.
  • Prior billing and/or collections experience preferred.
