Account Manager / HR Operations Executive (Travel Role)
About This Role
Manage complete operations of assigned client account
Act as primary point of contact for client coordination
Handle HR operations including onboarding, documentation, employee coordination, and compliance
Ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution
Travel to client locations as required
Identify opportunities for account growth and new business
Work closely with internal recruitment and operations teams
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention
