- Estimate repair costs and provide detailed explanations to customers, ensuring transparency and building trust through clear communication and accurate assessments.
- Stay current with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through continuous learning and training, adapting to evolving vehicle designs.
- Troubleshoot and repair advanced electronic systems, including onboard computers, sensors, and control modules, using diagnostic equipment.
- Collaborate with service advisors and other team members to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for every customer.
