Mash Global is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic creative and media team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional to manage key client relationships and drive business growth within our digital marketing agency.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client management, proven expertise in social media marketing, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client partnerships.

You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional results across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare detailed reports for clients
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand account value
  • Collaborate with creative and technical teams to deliver high-quality campaign deliverables on time
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to review performance and propose improvements
  • Ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing clients, preferably within a digital marketing agency
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Analytical mindset with exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics tools and CRM systems
  • Background in media buying or campaign optimization
  • Experience working with regional or international clients
