Role overview

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client liaison and ensure execution across production, creative, and digital campaigns.
• Build client relationships that support long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• Manage multiple creative development, video production, and social content projects.
• Collaborate with producers, creatives, designers, and social strategists to develop client content.
• Manage timelines and resource allocation to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
• Translate client needs into actionable plans and coordinate communication between clients and internal teams.
• Understand client business and marketing goals and develop creative solutions to elevate brands.
• Identify account growth opportunities and contribute to new-business pitches.
• Track industry trends, digital and social platforms, and content practices to offer innovative solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of account management experience in a creative agency, production house, or digital/social agency.
• Fluent Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of creative development, video production, and social media content.
• Proven integrated campaign management across multiple channels.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Experience with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Interest in creativity, storytelling, brand building, and digital innovation.
