Position Overview
LPS (www.lps-me.com) is looking for an Account Manager specialised with consumer beauty, perfumes or cosmetics brands - a client servicing champion, a creative, content production and social media engagements maven and a budding opinion leader for its integrated client engagement.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5+ years total experience, with a 3+ years manager experience in agencies within the UAE/ Middle East region, for Digital and social media assignments is mandatory
- Experience in managing big ticket productions and campaigns is highly preferred
- Rich experience and a successful track record with digital or social media first engagements
- Proven record of team leadership and Account pitch wins
- Highly organized, analytical and adept at managing multiple client accounts/ timelines on a daily basis
- Entrepreneurial and is constantly looking for business growth and development opportunities
- Has a passion to create engaging and entertaining brand campaigns/ Looking to outdo herself/ himself on a daily basis
- Should be comfortable working in an aggressive, fast-paced and young startup culture & flexible to work outside office hours on social media requirements; is willing to take up all-round business tasks as part of the team; team player; Agency experience is preferable
- Has worked in managing high stakes accounts and engagement with a successful delivery track record
- Proven experience in people management and project leadership - campaigns, content and social media
- Has developed a creative opinion and can work with a cross functional team to deliver successful creative outcomes
- Agile and flexible to turn around real-time social content/ ideas to social in a short period of time; highly sensitive to timelines and content commitments; Comfortable writing large amounts of engaging content on a daily basis
- Constant learner, listener and reader; is always looking to upgrade social media, content writing and other support skills
- Is a Jack of all trades; open to learning new software/ platforms to supplement his/her creative skills
- Flexibility and readiness to travel to KSA based on business requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Account Management Ownership - Directly build and grow value relationships, manage and retain Key Clients/ Decision makers and influencers; for agency accounts in Creative/ Social/ Digital.
- Team Leadership - Supervise a team of managers and executives - account, community, short form content/ interface with the creative teams, and interns to ensure 360 service delivery on social media management - client strategy, shoot operations, creative direction, platform strategy, posting operations, community growth and management and reporting
- Creative - Provide creative judgement for the agency accounts, and get buy-in for clients. Build style guide/ voice & tone
- Operations - Ensure timely scheduling/ posting/ community response of social media plans
- Deliverables & Performance - Ensure the account deliverables and KPIs for brands are met on a monthly & Quarterly level on a first-person responsible basis.
- An ambassador of the agency and its values, internally and externally
