About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to manage client relationships and ensure smooth execution of projects.
The ideal candidate will be confident, organized, and comfortable in client-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts
- Prepare and present reports to clients
- Handle client feedback and resolve issues
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in account management or client servicing
- Strong communication skills
- Presentable and professional
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients
- Good understanding of marketing workflows
- Fluent in English
