About the role

Manage a portfolio of clients, support their needs, and develop long-term partnerships.

Maintain client relationships, support smooth integrations, and contribute to revenue growth.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and build relationships that support satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support onboarding and guide clients through integrations and product launches.
  • Work with internal teams to provide timely solutions and meet client needs.
  • Collect, organize, and share provider promotions with clients.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide KPI reports and regular updates to clients and management.
  • Monitor the iGaming market and advise clients on relevant opportunities.
  • Resolve issues promptly and participate in industry events and client meetings when required.

What you bring

  • 1–2 years' experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success; iGaming experience is required.
  • Track record of building client relationships and contributing to account growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; commercially minded with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM or project-tool experience is a plus.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and professional approach; willing to travel for client meetings and business events.
