Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) below:

  • Communication: liaison between client & internal teams
  • Project Management: oversee all broadcast & digital projects, including requesting, proofing, coordinating approvals & trafficking
  • Meeting Preparation: Creating presentations based on a set Agenda Effectively present prepared material to clients (with or without AE present) Logging, distributing & managing meeting notes & action items
  • Creating presentations based on a set Agenda

  • Logging, distributing & managing meeting notes & action items
  • Results: review, analyze & communicate results (oftentimes in presentations) while also using data to make informed decisions
  • Offer & Legal coordination (disclaimers, FTC, state laws, etc...)
  • Data Analysis & Research
  • Media Management (digital budgets, coop, estimates, etc…)
  • Task & Deadline Management
  • Training (all positions)
