Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven

Account Manager

to grow and manage client relationships across the UAE and wider GCC region.

This role combines

new business development

with

account growth

, requiring someone who can engage senior stakeholders, articulate value, and close opportunities across Market Research, Data Analytics, and SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, with a deep understanding of their business objectives and challenges.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Position Muhimma’s offerings—Market Research, Data Analytics, and SaaS Platform—by clearly demonstrating business value, insights, and ROI.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to track client interactions, manage the sales cycle, and forecast revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, research, product, and delivery teams to design tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals aligned with both client objectives and company revenue targets.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and contribute to service enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, and account management, preferably in B2B environments such as market research, analytics, consulting, or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE and GCC business landscape, with experience engaging mid to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is an plus.
  • Comfortable managing a structured sales process and working with CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a hybrid setup.

Visa Status

  • This role does not include company-sponsored residency (Iqama).
  • Candidates must currently be based in the UAE with a valid visa.
