Join the Digital and Information Account Management team at NHS Scotland.
The fixed-term appointment is for 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Provide account management lifecycle services for joiners, movers, and leavers.
- Provide password reset and account unlock services.
- Handle account provisioning requests submitted through an online portal in a timely manner.
- Assign requests to other teams as appropriate.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer relation skills.
- A sound, methodical approach and ability to prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines.
- Previous account management or provisioning experience is a distinct advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products, especially Azure or Active Directory, is advantageous.
