Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage facility operations, including policy administration, renewals, endorsements, and reporting.
• Coordinate accurate and timely client transactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Improve processes by identifying efficiency opportunities and practical solutions.
• Maintain documentation, records, and compliance requirements to a high standard.
• Identify relevant products and services to strengthen client relationships and grow the portfolio.
• Support new-business onboarding and changes to existing arrangements.

What you need

• Experience supporting operational work in a client service, insurance, or administrative environment.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to balance competing priorities.
• Proactive, thoughtful approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Clear communication and ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.

Additional strengths

• Experience in group life, insurance facilities, or related financial services is a plus.
