Overview

• An Account Executive, Holiday Sales is responsible for representing the hotel’s services and facilities to prospective clients and customers during specified holiday periods in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
• What will I be doing?
• As an Account Executive, Holiday Sales, you would be responsible for representing the hotel’s services and facilities to prospective clients and customers during specified holiday periods in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
• Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Initiate new sales, prospect and qualify leads and solicit potential clients for designated holiday bookings and multi-year, geographical rotation bookings
• Respond to inquiries from potential clients and customers for key group meetings and events seeking sleeping rooms (usually 50+), meeting space, food and beverage services, etc. during holiday periods
• Determine rates, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, service accounts and analyze lost business for the hotel(s)
• Develop sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed established revenue and room night goals
• Host and entertain clients and maintain client accounts
