As a
Marketing Coordinator
, you’re not just supporting department initiatives and office management – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Lead marketing strategy and brand initiatives: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, oversee brand positioning, manage promotional activities, and ensure all initiatives align with business objectives and Hilton brand standards.
- Drive commercial performance: Partner with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to create marketing plans that generate demand, increase market share, and support revenue growth across all hotel segments.
- Manage marketing operations and partnerships: Oversee content creation, digital channels, social media, advertising agencies, vendors, and strategic partnerships while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Lead special projects and team collaboration: Manage cross-functional initiatives, analyze campaign performance, identify new opportunities, and provide leadership and guidance to ensure successful execution of departmental and hotel-wide objectives.
