- We're looking for a someone who understands the difference between selling into HE vs selling a SaaS solution.
- The role
- You will be responsible for growing and expanding business across higher education institutions, working closely with universities to introduce solutions and support their adoption over time.
- You will manage the full lifecycle, from opening conversations through to embedding long term usage, with full ownership of your pipeline and partner relationships.
- The role includes some travel for meetings, events, and partner engagement.

- What you will be doing
- Building and managing a pipeline across higher education institutions
- Opening new conversations and developing relationships with academic and commercial stakeholders
- Running meetings and delivering tailored presentations and product demonstrations
- Managing the full lifecycle from outreach through to adoption and long term use
- Supporting onboarding and ensuring solutions are embedded into everyday workflows
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing partnerships and expand usage
- Attending conferences, events, and client meetings
- Using CRM tools to manage pipeline and activity
- Feeding insights from the market back into the wider team
- What we are looking for
- Experience working with or selling into higher education in the region
- Strong understanding of how universities make decisions and adopt new products
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or digital learning solutions
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
- Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior audiences
- Comfortable owning a pipeline and working independently
- Willingness to travel as part of the role (2-3 days per week)
- Fluent English (additional languages a plus depending on region)
Compensation
20,000-25,000AED per month (depending on experience)+ 25% OTE
Category A medical insurance
Car allowance 1,800AED
