- They come to us because we replace three consultants, two accountants and a law firm with a single platform and a small team of specialists who handle the exceptions.
- We are small, profitable and growing fast.
- The product is live, the pipeline is full, and we need someone who can close it.
- The role
- You will own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed engagement.
- Most leads come warm (inbound enquiries, referrals, content-driven interest), but you will also prospect into target accounts and run your own outreach.
- Day to day:
- Qualify inbound leads within hours, not days
- Run discovery calls and demos of the platform
- Build and manage your own pipeline in our CRM
- Draft proposals, negotiate terms, close
- Prospect into target segments (funded startups, e-commerce operators, family offices relocating to the UAE)
- Feed product insight back to the team so the platform gets better
- This is not a nurture-and-wait role. Our sales cycle is short (days to weeks, not quarters), deal sizes range from $5k to $50k+ annually, and you will be expected to close from month one.
- What we are looking for
- 1-3 years in a closing role. SaaS, fintech or professional services background preferred but not required.
- You are competitive, impatient with slow processes, and motivated by money.
- You can explain a complex product in plain English to a founder who has ten minutes between meetings.
- You write clearly. No waffle, no filler, no AI slop.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity. We are a small team and things move fast.
- Dubai-based or willing to relocate immediately.
