  • Cosmos builds the operating system for companies that work across borders.
  • One platform handles corporate structuring, accounting, compliance, legal documents and tax filings for businesses that operate in multiple jurisdictions.
  • We exist because running a company across the UAE, UK, Singapore, Cayman or anywhere else should not require a different adviser in every country and a dozen disconnected spreadsheets.
  • Our clients are founders, family offices and growth-stage businesses who want their corporate infrastructure to just work.
  • They come to us because we replace three consultants, two accountants and a law firm with a single platform and a small team of specialists who handle the exceptions.
  • We are small, profitable and growing fast.
  • The product is live, the pipeline is full, and we need someone who can close it.
  • The role
  • You will own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed engagement.
  • Most leads come warm (inbound enquiries, referrals, content-driven interest), but you will also prospect into target accounts and run your own outreach.
  • Day to day:
  • Qualify inbound leads within hours, not days
  • Run discovery calls and demos of the platform
  • Build and manage your own pipeline in our CRM
  • Draft proposals, negotiate terms, close
  • Prospect into target segments (funded startups, e-commerce operators, family offices relocating to the UAE)
  • Feed product insight back to the team so the platform gets better
  • This is not a nurture-and-wait role. Our sales cycle is short (days to weeks, not quarters), deal sizes range from $5k to $50k+ annually, and you will be expected to close from month one.
  • What we are looking for
  • 1-3 years in a closing role. SaaS, fintech or professional services background preferred but not required.
  • You are competitive, impatient with slow processes, and motivated by money.
  • You can explain a complex product in plain English to a founder who has ten minutes between meetings.
  • You write clearly. No waffle, no filler, no AI slop.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity. We are a small team and things move fast.
  • Dubai-based or willing to relocate immediately.
  • What you get
