This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, takes initiative, and can anticipate needs before they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the main point of contact, building rapport, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Identifying opportunities to increase account value through upselling and cross-selling.
- Acting as an intermediary between the client and internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, finance) to deliver solutions.
- Ensuring high levels of satisfaction to secure long-term loyalty and prevent client churn.
- Managing client expectations, project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Preparing reports on account performance and forecasting future revenue.
