Account Development Manager

Required skills and experience:

• Proven background of TIC business-to-business sales environment, ideally selling similar products or solutions and demonstrable successful previous on target performance.
• Experience / awareness / understanding of Domestic Appliances components / systems / testing procedures.
• Strong analytical and ability to form reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and to targets, understanding concepts of sales forecasting, pipeline management, conversion rates and sales planning.
• Self-motivated with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
• Good IT skills, including experience of working with a CRM system.
• You are a motivated and commercially driven sales professional with a proven track record of success in business-to-business sales, ideally within the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry. You excel at generating new leads, identifying business opportunities and building strong, lasting relationships with clients. With excellent communication and negotiation skills, you are confident engaging with customers both face to face and remotely, managing the full sales cycle and consistently working towards targets. You have a strong understanding of pipeline management, sales forecasting and CRM systems, with an analytical approach to monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for growth. Ideally, you will have knowledge of domestic appliances, their components and testing requirements, alongside a proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with technical teams to deliver the right solutions for customers.
