Farm Assessor

Required skills and experience:

• Formal Qualification/Degree in Agriculture or a related field is desirable but not essential
• Relevant experience working with associated Agriculture areas (cattle/sheep/crops/organics etc.) or in industry. Additionally, experience with any Red Tractor scheme would also be desirable
• Good communication, IT and organizational skills
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• We are seeking someone with experience and a strong understanding of the agricultural industry who can build rapport with customers through empathy and effective communication. A farming background, with hands-on exposure to the beef, lamb, and dairy sectors, is essential.
