Key Responsibilities
- Support the account team in the day-to-day management of client projects
- Assist in preparing meeting notes, status updates, timelines, trackers, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth project flow
- Follow up on action points, deadlines, and approvals
- Help manage project documentation including briefs, contact reports, quotations, and production schedules
- Support on-site delivery of events, activations, and experiences when required
- Conduct research for proposals, benchmarking, talent, venues, partnerships, and inspiration
- Assist in budget tracking and administrative follow-up
- Maintain a high level of organization across files, workflows, and project communications
Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in account coordination, project coordination, events, marketing, or agency environments
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working across multiple projects at once
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, and project tracking tools
- Interest in luxury, culture, design, hospitality, and experiential work
- GCC exposure is a plus
