Account Assistant
About This Role
URGENTLY Hiring: Assistant Accountant.
Must be available to join immediately or on short notice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare estimates, sales orders, invoices, and LPOs.
- Record supplier bills and manage supplier payments.
- Record and track customer payments.
- Manage petty cash and company expenses.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Maintain proper financial records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- NATIONALITY: Tagalog - Female & Asian - Male
