ACCA Qualified Accountant (UAE Tax Specialist)

Mandatory Requirements

• ✅ ACCA Qualified (Applications from partially qualified candidates will not be considered)
• ✅ Minimum 2 years of UAE accounting and taxation experience
• ✅ Hands-on experience with:
• UAE Corporate Tax registration and return filing
• Excise Tax registration, compliance, and return filing
• Tax assessments, audits, and FTA correspondence
• Tax planning and advisory for UAE businesses
• VAT compliance and return preparation
• ✅ Strong knowledge of:

• Excise Tax Regulations

• VAT Regulations
• CT Regulations
• Excise Tax
• IFRS and financial reporting standards

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Corporate Tax and Excise Tax compliance for multiple clients.
• Prepare and review tax calculations, workings, and returns.
• Provide tax advisory support to clients across various industries.
• Liaise with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) on client matters.
• Review accounting records and financial statements for tax implications.
• Assist clients in maintaining tax compliance and minimizing exposure to penalties.
• Prepare management reports and tax-related documentation.

Ideal Candidate

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Able to independently handle client portfolios.
• Comfortable communicating directly with business owners and management.
• Proficient in accounting software, like Odoo, Qb, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
