Programme overview

What you will do

• Complete an intensive launch block covering orientation, business segments, working styles, ownership, communication, writing, and presenting.
• Build skills in business and finance fundamentals, critical thinking, Excel, data, and AI.
• Join live client projects from early 2027 and take on more responsibility as skills grow.
• Work across several business segments and meet weekly with the cohort to build skills and present learning.
• Complete a career capstone at the end of the programme.

Learning themes

• The programme develops professional essentials, communication, collaboration, business understanding, problem solving, and critical thinking.
• Digital learning covers Excel, data, and responsible AI use to answer business questions.
• Other themes include commercial and client awareness, initiative, innovation, impact, self-awareness, and career discovery.

Required qualifications

• Saudi national.
• Graduating in 2026 or graduated within the last three years.
• Degree in any discipline and a strong academic record.
• Fluent Arabic and English.
• Able to commit to the full-time 12-month programme starting in November or December 2026, based in Riyadh.

• Curiosity, drive, and an analytical mindset.
• Genuine interest in client work and building a professional career in Riyadh.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn; no specific degree is required.

Compensation

• SAR 7,500 gross monthly salary from day one.
