What you will do

• Support origination and execution of M&A mandates and transactions.
• Build business and financial models and perform valuation analyses.
• Assist with documents for client meetings on strategic alternatives, M&A, and corporate finance.
• Conduct project-specific research and synthesize complex analyses into actionable conclusions.

Training and development

• Interns receive support from a dedicated coach and mentor, along with training intended to develop expertise and knowledge of industry trends.
• The company describes defined career paths, advancement guidance, and recognition of strong performance.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor's or master's degree, with graduation date or gap year/semester between June 2027 and June 2028.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week for the full internship duration.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Understanding of corporate finance principles and methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Additional language skills are considered an asset.
