  • We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Academic Manager to oversee academic programs, ensure educational quality, and support faculty and curriculum development.
  • The ideal candidate will lead academic operations, maintain compliance with educational standards, and drive initiatives that enhance learning outcomes and academic performance.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage academic staff, instructors, and program coordinators
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of academic programs and curricula
  • Ensure compliance with educational regulations, accreditation requirements, and institutional policies
  • Monitor academic performance metrics and implement strategies to improve learning outcomes
  • Collaborate with faculty and leadership teams to develop and enhance course offerings
  • Manage academic schedules, program delivery, and resource allocation
  • Support curriculum development, assessment processes, and quality assurance initiatives
  • Conduct academic reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success
  • Prepare academic reports, performance analyses, and presentations for leadership
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Academic Administration, Educational Leadership, or a related field required
  • Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Educational Management, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in education, academic administration, program management, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
  • Strong understanding of curriculum development, educational standards, and academic quality assurance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and educational technologies is a plus
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple academic initiatives and priorities effectively
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
