  • We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Life Coach Manager to lead our coaching team and oversee personal development programs.
  • The ideal candidate will support coaches, develop coaching frameworks, and ensure the delivery of high-quality coaching services that help individuals achieve measurable growth and success.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of life coaches and personal development professionals
  • Develop and implement coaching programs, methodologies, and best practices
  • Conduct coaching sessions and provide guidance on personal and professional development topics
  • Support clients in goal setting, motivation, mindset development, and performance improvement
  • Monitor coaching outcomes and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop wellness, growth, and development initiatives
  • Ensure coaching services maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and client satisfaction
  • Provide training, feedback, and professional development opportunities for coaching staff
  • Maintain accurate coaching records, reports, and performance metrics
  • Stay informed about coaching trends, behavioral development practices, and industry standards
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in coaching, mentoring, counseling, training, or personal development roles
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
  • Professional coaching certification from a recognized coaching organization is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
  • Ability to motivate, inspire, and support individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience developing and managing coaching programs or training initiatives
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
