• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, universities, and career opportunities.
• Understand student needs and recommend appropriate academic programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets set by the management.
• Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and persuasion.
• Conduct counselling sessions via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person meetings.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, seminars, education fairs, and promotional activities.
• Provide accurate information about course fees, documentation, and admission procedures.
• Build strong relationships with students to support higher conversion rates.
• Coordinate with internal teams (admissions, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• **Female candidates with spouse visa or resident visa are preferred**
• Confidence and persuasive speaking ability
• Ability to understand student requirements and offer solutions
• Good sales skills with a goal-oriented mindset
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage
• Multitasking and time-management abilities
