Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselors to join our expanding UAE operations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales ability, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
As an Academic Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding students through course selection, admissions, and enrollment while achieving monthly conversion targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding educational courses and career opportunities
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Convert leads into successful admissions
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face counseling sessions
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students
- Meet admission and sales targets assigned by the management
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
- Update CRM and maintain accurate lead records
- Coordinate with admission and operations teams for smooth processing
- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and educational events
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in educational sales or counseling
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Strong, convincing, and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Positive attitude and professional personality
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Kerala candidates preferred
- UAE experience is an added advantage
