Role Description
This is a contract-based, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for an Academic Consultant at AIJRF.
The Academic Consultant will design and deliver research-based projects, refine educational curricula, and create academic and scientific reports focusing on Artificial Intelligence Journalism, Media of Metaverse, and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
include analyzing current industry trends, contributing to the development of AI-powered tools, conducting dynamic human skills training, and collaborating with institutions, universities, and government entities to align with the advancements in technology and media.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence Journalism, Media Studies, or related fields
- Strong research, analytical, and academic writing skills
- Experience in developing educational curricula and scientific reports
- Knowledge of technologies related to Metaverse, 7G Journalism, and the Fourth and Fifth Industrial Revolutions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with institutions, universities, and government sectors
- Proficiency in digital tools and software for AI applications in media
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- A PhD or advanced degree in Media Studies, Artificial Intelligence, Educational Technology, or a relevant discipline is highly desirable
- Previous experience in an academic consulting role is a strong advantage
