AC & Refrigeration Technician role maintaining hotel facilities and supporting safe, functional guest and team spaces.
Responsibilities
- Maintain guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas to support physical functionality and safety.
- Respond quickly to guest calls and team member work orders.
- Perform repairs and maintenance involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
- Inspect facilities and equipment for preventive maintenance needs and address identified issues.
- Record completed inspections and repairs and flag issues requiring further attention.
