Team Up Mental Health is a specialized mental health practice based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and families through professional psychological services and evidence-based interventions.
Our mission is to provide ethical, high-quality mental health care while promoting awareness, early intervention, and community wellbeing through therapy, behavioral support, and educational programs.
As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our clinical team and are currently hiring for the following position:
Role Overview
The ABA Therapist will provide structured behavioral therapy for children, particularly those with developmental and behavioral challenges, implementing individualized intervention programs based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with children
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by supervising specialists
- Track and document behavioral progress during therapy sessions
- Support the development of communication, social, and adaptive skills
- Work collaboratively with parents and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure therapy sessions follow ethical and professional ABA standards
Requirements
- Licensed and certified in ABA therapy or behavioral therapy
- Relevant qualifications in psychology, behavioral science, or a related field
- Experience working with children with developmental or behavioral challenges is preferred
