Jewel Children with Autism & Rehabilitation Center, located in Dubai, UAE, is an extension of the renowned Jewel Autism and Child Development Centre based in Kerala, India.
Established in 2008, the organization is one of the largest interdisciplinary therapy centers in child development, offering services to children from over 32 countries.
The Dubai center, situated on Sheikh Zayed Road near the Burj Khalifa metro station, accommodates up to 200 students at a time.
We offer a variety of therapies, including Occupational Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech and Language Pathology, Behavioral Therapy, and Individual Education Programs.
Our mission is to bridge developmental gaps and promote inclusive education to help children with autism and developmental disabilities thrive in mainstream environments.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist based in Dubai, UAE.
The ABA Therapist will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, working one-on-one with children to improve communication and social skills, and monitoring their progress.
The role involves collaborating with other professionals, engaging with families to support the child’s development, and documenting the child’s behavioral improvements.
The therapist will work within a multidisciplinary team to help children with autism and other developmental challenges achieve their goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis
- Effective Interpersonal Skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and families
- Experience and passion for Working With Children on the autism spectrum or with other developmental disabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field
- Relevant certification in ABA therapy or comparable qualifications will be an advantage
- Patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills are essential for success
- Willingness to work in an on-site capacity at the Dubai center
