Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline preferred.
- 7+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting facilities, engineering, or capital improvement projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on experience planning and coordinating facility shutdowns, equipment outages, or major maintenance activities.
- Strong understanding of building systems, utilities, HVAC, facility infrastructure, and engineering project execution.
- Familiarity with GMP requirements, commissioning, qualification, validation, and change-control processes.
- Proven ability to manage integrated project schedules, critical-path activities, budgets, contractors, and project risks.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams, external vendors, and site leadership.
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project scheduling, reporting, and Microsoft Office tools.

The actual salary is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, market demand, and competitive market practice. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
