Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Coach Area Managers and Store Managers to deliver training in-store.
• Provide train-the-trainer support and guidance across the retail network.
• Develop tools, resources and frameworks for effective training delivery.
• Manage training governance and quality assurance against operational standards.
• Support new store openings, operational initiatives and performance improvement activities.
• Identify capability gaps and implement practical improvement solutions.
• Partner with Operations, Compliance and Standards, Communications and Execution, and other functions.
• Deliver continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen training effectiveness.

Qualifications and experience

• Experience in training, learning and development, capability building or operational enablement roles.
• Ability to coach and influence leaders across multi-site retail or operational environments.
• Experience developing and implementing train-the-trainer frameworks and capability programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyse capability gaps and implement practical solutions.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or qualifications in Learning and Development or Adult Education are desirable.
• Retail, convenience, quick-service restaurant or multi-site operations experience is highly regarded.
