- Modarst Riyadh, a prestigious 4-star hotel in Riyadh, is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our dynamiِc team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0-1 year of experience
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Handle reservations and cancellations using our hotel management system.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience during their stay.
