- أن يكون المتقدم **سعودي الجنسية**
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة
- مهارات تواصل عالية واحترافية في التعامل مع العملاء
- خبرة سابقة في الاستقبال أو خدمة العملاء (يفضل في المجال الطبي أو العلاجي)
- القدرة على إدارة المواعيد وتنظيم الحجوزات بكفاءة
- مهارات قوية في استخدام الحاسب الآلي والأنظمة الإدارية
- مظهر احترافي وشخصية إيجابية
- المسؤوليات:
- استقبال المرضى والزوار بطريقة احترافية
- إدارة المواعيد والحجوزات والمتابعة
- الرد على المكالمات والاستفسارات
- التنسيق بين الأقسام المختلفة
- تقديم تجربة مميزة للعائلات والعملاء
- متابعة المهام الإدارية اليومية
