We are a fast-growing furnishing and interior design company seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer.
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in transforming innovative interior design concepts into stunning, high-quality 3D visualizations for a diverse portfolio of residential projects, including villas and apartments.
This position offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact our client presentations and project outcomes, working within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and engaging walkthroughs for various interior design and furnishing projects.
- Collaborate closely with clients to thoroughly understand project requirements, aesthetic preferences, and design concepts.
- Develop realistic lighting schemes, apply appropriate textures, define furniture layouts, and specify material applications to enhance visual appeal.
- Produce comprehensive mood boards, compelling presentation visuals, and animated walkthroughs as required to convey design intent.
- Incorporate feedback from clients and the internal design team, revising and updating visualizations to meet evolving project needs.
- Efficiently develop and maintain comprehensive project files and an organized rendering library.
- Continuously stay updated with the latest interior design and 3D visualization trends, techniques, and software advancements.
- Prepare and dispatch accurate quotations to clients, adhering strictly to company guidelines and procedures.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
- 2–5 years of progressive experience in 3D visualization, specifically within interior design projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Visualization, or a closely related field.
- Strong visualization skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and detail.
- Comprehensive understanding of interior design principles, furnishing styles, and advanced lighting techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to translate conceptual designs into realistic and captivating renders.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software is mandatory:
- Coohomes
- 3ds Max
• V-Ray / Corona Renderer
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Adobe Photoshop
