About This Role
Overview
We are a boutique interior design studio specializing in Hospitality and F&B spaces and we’re looking for a Draftsman / 3D Visualizer with a strong eye for detail and proven experience in hospitality projects.
You will play a key role in producing precise technical drawings and high-quality 3D visuals, supporting both design development and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings up to IFC level (plans, elevations, sections, detailed joinery)
- Develop 3D models and high-quality renderings
- Translate design concepts into accurate and buildable technical documentation
- Coordinate with the internal teams, suppliers, and contractors
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all deliverables
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Hospitality/F&B experience is essential
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and selected rendering softwares
- Strong understanding of joinery and construction detailing
- Ability to produce both technical drawings and visual aspects of projects
- Experience coordinating with kitchen consultants and MEP is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
