Role overview

Visualization and coordination

• Prepare and monitor renders, static visualizations, walkthroughs, animations, and CGI across project design stages.
• Apply lighting, shadows, color theory, materials, and textures; ensure outputs align with the brief, brand identity, and design intent.
• Coordinate with design teams, review drawings and material boards, and propose visual enhancements while maintaining design consistency.

Presentations and technical work

• Present visuals to colleagues, leadership, and clients; provide simulations to support planning and client decisions.
• Incorporate feedback while maintaining design standards, keep current with tools and techniques, and organize digital assets and archives.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Computer Graphics, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in architectural, interior design, or fit-out visualization.
• Portfolio showing high-end architectural rendering, lighting mastery, and spatial storytelling; commercial, retail, and hospitality project exposure.

Technical skills and languages

• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, and Enscape.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop and Illustrator, plus technical knowledge of lighting, color grading, shaders, and texturing.
• Ability to interpret architectural, interior, and shop drawings; fluent written and spoken English. Arabic is a strong plus.

Professional capabilities

• Strong creativity, aesthetic sensibility, analytical and problem-solving ability, and clear communication and presentation skills.
• Organized, methodical, and able to manage multiple rendering tasks under tight deadlines; receptive to feedback and client-facing collaboration.
• International exposure is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is QAR 5,000–8,000 per month.
