The employer is hiring an Architect / Draftsman with strong experience in architectural visualization and 3D rendering.
The role involves producing realistic interior and exterior perspectives.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, and details.
- Develop drawings based on design concepts and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines.
- Revise drawings based on comments from clients and authorities.
- Develop the company project portfolio.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable codes and standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in architecture or a related field.
- Four to five years of work experience.
- Consultancy project experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction drawings.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively.
- Confident use of AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
