3D Graphic Designer

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality 3D renders for retail activations, stage setups, exhibition booths, event décor, and experiential environments while ensuring accuracy, realism, and adherence to production requirements.
• Understand project briefs and client requirements to conceptualize innovative ideas and translate them into detailed storyboards, visual mockups, and realistic 3D environments.
• Collaborate closely with directors, animators, designers, account managers, production teams, and clients to refine concepts, incorporate feedback, and ensure successful project execution.
• Render final designs into appropriate formats for production files, presentations, and client delivery while maintaining industry-standard quality in lighting, texturing, composition, and detailing.
• Review 3D artwork and creative outputs critically, recommend improvements, and implement enhancements to elevate overall quality and impact.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical, design, or execution-related issues that arise during project development to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining high creative standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in 3D visualization, motion graphics, and creative design.
• Ability to conceptualize ideas from brief to final execution.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Design and develop 3D renders for retail activations, stage setups, exhibition booths, event decor, and experiential designs for various events.
• Develop engaging motion graphics and animations for social media, event promotions, and brand marketing
• Develop creative assets based on photoshoots and integrate them into final designs.
• Create impactful creatives for ATL, BTL, Social, and Digital posts and campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with directors, animators, designers, account managers, and clients, production teams incorporating feedback and refining designs accordingly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or creative issues that arise during project execution.
• Present finalized ideas, concepts, and creative solutions to clients or Account Managers.

Requirements

• Proficiency in 3D design software (3ds Max), Vray, Corona and Adobe Suite.
• Experience in designing event setup, stage design, and spatial planning.
• Strong skills in motion graphics and animation (After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar tools).
• Knowledge of texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques for high-quality visual output.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing event designs and social animations.
