As we evolve into an AI-first SaaS platform, we are building the future of intelligent customer engagement and scalable retail technology.
This is not a conventional developer role.
We are looking for a commercially minded AI product builder who can combine AI engineering, full-stack development, automation systems, SaaS thinking, and customer engagement intelligence to rapidly transform ideas into scalable AI-powered products and platform capabilities.
The role will play a key part in shaping the next generation of Raffle Tech’s AI-driven engagement ecosystem and future retail technology innovations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, automation systems, and intelligent engagement solutions
- Build scalable SaaS-oriented features and AI-integrated platform capabilities
- Develop AI agents, conversational AI systems, recommendation engines, and intelligent workflows
- Create customer engagement, loyalty, personalization, and gamification systems
- Build APIs, backend services, dashboards, and AI-powered web applications
- Rapidly prototype and launch MVPs from business and product ideas
- Integrate OpenAI APIs, LLMs, automation platforms, CRM systems, and third-party services
- Develop predictive analytics and customer intelligence capabilities
- Work closely with leadership on product innovation and future platform evolution
- Support solution demonstrations, technical presentations, and strategic client discussions
- Research emerging AI technologies and identify commercially viable opportunities
Required Skills & Experience
- We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience in AI development, software engineering, automation systems, or SaaS product development, along with strong hands-on coding expertise in technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Python.
- Experience with OpenAI APIs, LLM integrations, AI agents, LangChain or similar AI orchestration frameworks, automation workflows, and vector databases will be highly preferred.
- Experience with React, Next.js, or modern frontend frameworks, along with a strong understanding of Generative AI, NLP, Machine Learning, customer engagement systems, and personalization and retention technologies, is highly preferred with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong product-thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to independently take ideas from concept to deployment, supported by excellent communication and presentation skills.
- We are looking for a hands-on, innovation-driven, and product-oriented professional with strong commercial awareness and proven experience in retail technology, loyalty platforms, and customer engagement ecosystems.
- The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming strategic ideas into scalable AI-powered products and platform capabilities within a fast-moving, high-growth environment and must be client facing.
What Success Looks Like
The role will focus on building scalable AI-powered engagement solutions that accelerate Raffle Tech’s evolution into an AI-first SaaS platform, while improving customer engagement, retention, and operational efficiency.
The objective is to deliver commercially valuable AI capabilities for clients and help position Raffle Tech as a leader in intelligent retail engagement technology.
