About This Role
This role focuses on delivering high-quality 3D architectural visualizations for luxury residential and commercial developments in the UAE. The successful candidate will transform architectural drawings and concepts into photorealistic 3D models and renders, supporting client presentations and marketing initiatives. The position requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and technical expertise to produce visuals that accurately communicate design intent and elevate property value in the competitive UAE real estate market.
Deliverables
- Create detailed 3D models for both interior and exterior architectural concepts, including luxury villas and commercial spaces
- Produce photorealistic renders for various lighting conditions (daytime, sunset, night)
- Develop visual presentations for client meetings and marketing materials
- Integrate landscaping elements such as pools, gardens, and lighting into visualizations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and adjust visuals based on feedback
- Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of accuracy and realism
Requirements
- Proven experience in 3D architectural visualization, preferably for luxury developments
- Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, Blender)
- Strong portfolio showcasing interior and exterior renders for high-end projects
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into compelling visuals
- Excellent attention to detail, color, lighting, and composition
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with architects, developers, and marketing teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Availability for contract-based, full-time work; UAE experience or understanding of local architectural styles is a plus
