We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer with experience in retail store design and fit-out.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality 3D visualizations and technical drawings, ensuring designs are both aesthetically appealing and practically executable.
Key Responsibilities
- **Create 3D models and renderings for retail store concepts**
- **Develop detailed drawings using SketchUp and AutoCAD**
- **Interpret design briefs and translate them into visual concepts**
- **Select and specify materials in line with interior fit-out standards**
- **Coordinate with design, production, and execution teams**
- **Revise designs based on feedback and project requirements**
- **Ensure all designs meet client expectations and project timelines**
Requirements
- **Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD**
- **Strong knowledge of retail design and store layouts**
- **Good understanding of materials and interior fit-out specifications**
- **Ability to produce realistic 3D visualizations**
- **Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills**
- **Good communication and teamwork abilities**
Preferred Qualifications
- **Prior experience in retail fit-out projects**
- **Knowledge of rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, or similar)**
- **Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field**
