3D Designer – Retail Fit-Out
About This Role
Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer with experience in retail store design and fit-out. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality 3D visualizations and technical drawings, ensuring designs are both aesthetically appealing and practically executable.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 3D models and renderings for retail store concepts
- Develop detailed drawings using SketchUp and AutoCAD
- Interpret design briefs and translate them into visual concepts
- Select and specify materials in line with interior fit-out standards
- Coordinate with design, production, and execution teams
- Revise designs based on feedback and project requirements
- Ensure all designs meet client expectations and project timelines
Requirements
- Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of retail design and store layouts
- Good understanding of materials and interior fit-out specifications
- Ability to produce realistic 3D visualizations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail fit-out projects
- Knowledge of rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, or similar)
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
