Responsibilities
- Develop detailed and accurate 3D architectural models using SketchUp.
- Create professional visualizations and realistic interior and exterior models and presentations.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
- Revise models based on project needs and feedback, and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Strong SketchUp proficiency is essential.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and detailing.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, collaborative ability, and strong time management.
