Overview
We are looking to hire for the following position:
Job Type: Full-time – On-site
Industry: Events, exhibitions, conferences, and creative production
Joining: Immediate joining is preferred
Main Responsibilities
- Create graphic designs and 3D designs for events, exhibitions, conferences, and activations
- Design exhibition booths, event layouts, stages, backdrops, branding elements, and visual concepts
- Prepare creative concepts, presentation visuals, and design proposals
- Work on both 2D and 3D requirements based on project needs
- Coordinate with the project team to understand client requirements and apply feedback
- Prepare design files clearly for presentation and production when needed
- Support urgent projects and work within tight deadlines
Requirements
- Strong experience in booth graphic design and 3D design
- Previous experience in events, exhibitions, conferences, or booth design is required
- Ability to work on full project visuals from concept to final design
- Proficiency in design and 3D software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Corona, or similar programs
- Good understanding of branding, layouts, dimensions, materials, and production requirements
- Ability to work from the office in Riyadh
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and design quality
- Arabic language is required, English is a plus
