3D Designer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 3D Designer with Stand Exhibition and Onsite Experience.

⦁ Develop design concepts, mood boards, sketches, and 3D models.

⦁ Select color schemes, materials, textures, and lighting.

⦁ Design floor plans, traffic flow, and interactive zones.

⦁ Ensure accessibility and compliance with safety regulations.

⦁ Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

⦁ Collaborate with contractors and vendors for fabrication and installation.

⦁ Choose appropriate materials and finishes.

⦁ Estimate costs and ensure the project stays within budget.

⦁ Oversee the construction and installation of exhibits.

⦁ Conduct quality checks to ensure the final design matches the concept.

⦁ Gather visitor and client feedback to evaluate exhibition effectiveness.

⦁ Make recommendations for future improvements.

⦁ Proven experience as a 3D Designer role in the Events and Exhibitions industry (minimum 3–5 years).

⦁ Strong network of clients, partners, and event organizers.

⦁ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

⦁ Deep understanding of exhibition stands, event production, fabrication processes, and brand activation.

⦁ Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.⦁ Strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset.

⦁ Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.

⦁ Valid UAE driving license is an advantage (if applicable).
